Brad Horton - Founder

CPA, CFE, MST, MBA

With almost 20 years experience in tax, accounting, and finance (almost 15 years with the IRS), Brad has utilized his extensive experience to help individuals and small businesses resolve their tax issues. During Brad's IRS career, he served in management for the Enterprise Activities division in LB&I, served as a subject-matter expert in International Individual Compliance, and also as a revenue agent. Brad received the "IRS Excellence Award" 3 times for his role in the Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program, for successfully starting Phase II of the Mergers and Acquisitions Initiative, and for his efforts in revamping and re-designing Forms 1065, 1120-S, and 8865 to include international issues. Brad was also the highest rated LB&I speaker at the Nationwide Tax Forums in 2016, 2017, and 2019.

Brad Horton

Wade Dennis - CFO

CPA, MST

Mr. Dennis is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas, as well as a graduate of The University of Texas at Arlington where he graduated with a Bachelor's in Accounting and a Master of Science in Taxation. Additionally, Mr. Dennis is a member of the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers. Mr. Dennis is passionate about helping our clients understand the Byzantine labyrinth of tax rules and regulations and getting them back on their feet.

Wade Dennis

Mr. Dennis is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas, as well as a graduate of The University of Texas at Arlington where he graduated with a Bachelor's in Accounting and a Master of Science in Taxation. Fred Durnbaugh - COO

Mr. Durnbaugh is a Six Sigma and Kaizen lean process specialist; MS Excel certified, a Texas licensed auctioneer, an advertising & marketing specialist and has experience in real estate investing along with his over 18 years of hands-on business experience which he hopes to bring in a positive manner to the incredible team at Liberty Financial Solutions. Additionally, Mr. Durnbaugh is the author of "The Little Book of Secrets to Starting Your Own Business," and he has helped dozens of individuals launch their own business and realize their dreams of entrepreneurship.

Fred Durnbaugh

COO

Fred Durnbaugh has joined Liberty Financial Solutions, LLC as the Chief Operating Officer of the LLC to help assist the team and streamline processes. Mr. Durnbaugh brings over 18 years of extensive experience as a business owner and operations manager, most recently as the founder of Auction Spear LLC. Mr. Durnbaugh’s experience includes' customer service, advertising & marketing, website design, and he has begun to work with AI systems to improve Liberty Financial Solutions customer service portal. Mr. Durnbaugh oversaw processes as a manager of a manufacturing facility before leaving to start his own company FR Liquidation Auctions LLC. After ten years with FR Liquidation Auctions, Mr. Durnbaugh started Auction Spear LLC and has grown it exponentially over the past several years. Mr. Durnbaugh has joined Liberty Financial Solutions based on his overview of the company’s integrity and teamwork he has experienced with Brad Horton and Wade Dennis.
